Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy for Rugby Custom Coaching & Merchandise

At Rugby Custom Coaching, we strive to provide a high-quality experience for all of our clients. Please carefully read our cancellation policy for both private coaching sessions and merchandise purchases.

1. Coaching Sessions

Private Coaching Sessions:

We understand that plans may change, so we’ve established the following cancellation policy to accommodate both you and our coaches:

  • 24-Hour Notice: To receive a full refund or to reschedule your private coaching session, you must notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled session time. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients.

  • Less than 24 Hours’ Notice: If you cancel your session with less than 24 hours’ notice, a cancellation fee of 100% will be charged. This fee helps cover the cost of time reserved for your session.

  • No-Shows: If you fail to attend the session without prior notice, you will be charged the full session fee.

  • Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your session, please notify us at least 24 hours before the session. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred time.

Group Coaching Sessions:

For group coaching sessions, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the session. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session will be subject to a cancellation fee of 100 %.

2. Merchandise Purchases

We understand that sometimes merchandise orders need to be changed or canceled. Our policy for merchandise returns and cancellations is as follows:

Order Cancellation:

  • You can cancel your merchandise order within 24 hours of placing it. After this time, orders are typically processed and shipped, and cancellation may no longer be possible.

  • To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at sales@rugbycustom.com with your order details.

Returns and Exchanges:

  • Standard Returns: Merchandise can be returned or exchanged within [30] days from the date of delivery, provided the items are in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made or personalized merchandise (e.g., jerseys with names or numbers) is not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.

  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged item received).

3. Refunds

  • For coaching session cancellations made according to the policy, we will process a refund or reschedule your session. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

  • For merchandise returns, once we receive the returned item(s), we will process a refund for the price of the merchandise (excluding shipping fees) or an exchange, depending on your preference.
