These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Rugby Custom Coaching website and services (referred to as "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing our website, purchasing coaching services, or buying merchandise from our site, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services or purchasing merchandise.

2. Services
We offer rugby coaching services, including group sessions at schools and clubs, as well as individual 1-to-1 coaching. All coaching sessions are tailored to meet the needs of our clients, whether they are boys, girls, teams, or individuals. Our coaching services adhere to the RFU Principles of Play and the RFU TREDS policy.

3. Merchandise Sales
In addition to our coaching services, we also sell rugby-related merchandise through our website, including apparel, equipment, and accessories (referred to as "Products"). All purchases of Products are subject to these Terms and Conditions, along with any additional terms provided during the purchase process.

4. Booking and Payment for Coaching Services

  • All coaching sessions must be booked in advance through our website or by contacting us directly.

  • Payment for coaching services is required at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will incur a cancellation fee.

5. Merchandise Payment and Orders

  • All merchandise must be purchased via our website, and payment must be completed at the time of the order.

  • Prices for merchandise are clearly stated on our website and include any applicable taxes.

  • We reserve the right to update the pricing and availability of merchandise at any time.

  • Once an order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent to the customer.

  • We will make every effort to dispatch merchandise as soon as possible, but we are not responsible for any delays outside of our control (e.g., shipping carrier delays).

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and vary depending on the delivery method selected and the location of the delivery address.

  • Delivery times for merchandise vary depending on the shipping option chosen and the location of the customer. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.

7. Returns and Exchanges for Merchandise

  • Merchandise can be returned or exchanged within [30] days from the date of delivery, provided the items are in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Customized or personalized items may not be eligible for return or exchange, except in the case of defects or errors on our part.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item received).

8. Session Content
All coaching sessions follow the RFU Principles of Play and adhere to the RFU TREDS policy to ensure safe and effective rugby development. We reserve the right to modify session content to meet the needs and abilities of participants.

9. Health and Safety

  • Clients must inform us of any relevant medical conditions or injuries prior to participating in any session.

  • Participants must wear appropriate sportswear, including suitable footwear, during coaching sessions.

  • We will take all reasonable steps to ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during coaching sessions. However, we are not responsible for any injuries sustained during the sessions unless caused by our negligence.

10. Liability

  • Rugby Custom Coaching is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property during or after the coaching sessions or while using purchased merchandise, except where we are legally required to do so.

  • Participants and customers engage in coaching sessions and use merchandise at their own risk.

11. Data Protection
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. Any personal information collected during the booking process, purchasing process, or through our website will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Code of Conduct

  • All participants are expected to behave respectfully and follow the guidance of the coach during sessions.

  • We reserve the right to remove any participant from a session if their behavior is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate.

  • Customers are expected to respect the guidelines for the use of purchased merchandise and adhere to any care instructions provided with the products.

13. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the new terms will apply to all bookings made or merchandise purchased after the update.

14. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom, and any disputes arising from them will be resolved through the courts of United Kingdom.
